Pedagogic activities

  • Research Methods in Management (for Masters Degree). Practical use of research methods in management by collecting mainly primary data. Focus on research strategies and approaches (quantitative, qualitative and mixed) and their data collection techniques and techniques (questionnaire survey, interviews, focus group, observation, geotracking, etc.).
    Business Development Assesment (for the ESBD bachelor's degree program). Complex conception of the development of society. Identification of organizational problems and challenges related to business growth. Proactivity and planning of actions and activities at various levels of business through development interventions. Approaches, models and methods are selected and adapted to meet the needs of established micro and small businesses.
    Establishment and management of a new business (for the Master's degree program). Practical conception of seed, start-up phase and establishment of a new company. From idea through analysis of environment and market, choice of suitable strategy for start-up company, setting of business model (lean) and its elaboration into partial parts of business plan as (development and testing), production / trade plan, operational plan, organizational plan, marketing plan, financial plan to assess project risks and timetable.
    Technological entrepreneurship (intended for the Master's degree program, in cooperation with the JIC Brno). Promoting creative thinking, the ability to initiate product, process and value innovation, and develop market expansion strategies. Acquired skills in technology business will enable students to develop and present technology innovation projects based on a practical assignment
