Are you interested in business? Do you have an idea? Do you have an innovative idea and want to validate it, put it into practice and use it to develop your business? Come and present it to us and get money to start your business!

Rector of the BUT announces the 5th year of the competition of the BUT Student Entrepreneurship Award!

The purpose of the BUT Student Entrepreneurship Award is to promote ideas and innovative thinking of BUT students, to encourage their entrepreneurship and to develop their interest in entrepreneurship.

Thanks to the competition, BUT students will gain information about the basic procedures and methods for working with an idea, enabling the validation of its potential, realism and achievability of goals. A secondary effect of the competition is the creation of an internal networking environment supporting entrepreneurship across the BUT student community.

You can register for the BUT Student Entrepreneurship Award competition from 24 April 2024 to 22 May 2024.

The competition is open to all BUT students who meet the conditions of the 5th Annual BUT Student Entrepreneurship Award.

Are you considering taking part in the competition?
A new webinar entitled "How best to fill in the registration form or what does the evaluation committee expect?" is now available. The webinar will take place on 2 May 2024 from 10:30 to 12:30. The aim of the webinar is to summarise how to fill in the form correctly, give useful tips on what to do and what not to do, and answer any questions you may have. You can read the questions on the registration form HERE.

The registration form is designed to help you present your business plan (which includes LeanCanvas, a competitive analysis and market research, and a financial plan for implementation) to the evaluation committee. It is advisable to study the registration form properly and prepare to answer all the mandatory questions before the actual registration. The text sections, unless otherwise indicated, should be completed bearing in mind that the evaluators will have a maximum of 30 minutes to evaluate the entire form.
