Knowledge at the secondary school level.

Theoretical-practical teaching with the content of practical methods for the use of team skills in the company or sports or hobby club. The key determinant of the course is to acquaint students with basic knowledge of teambuilding and expand this knowledge with modern approaches from the managerial environment, which will allow students to better respond to the current demand for knowledge of teamwork. Thanks to the implementation of current procedures and methods, it is possible to more effectively achieve the set goals by solving tasks through teamwork.
Regular attendance with registration in the attendance register, allowed 2 non-excused absences, excuses orally for absences in advance directly in the lesson or by email in advance but no later than 24.0 hours after the lesson deadline. It is not possible to replace missed hours in ZS 21/22. (the composition of the groups cannot be changed due to the covid situation).

The key determinant of the course is to acquaint students with basic knowledge of teambuilding and expand this knowledge with modern approaches from the managerial environment, which will allow students to better respond to the current demand for knowledge of teamwork.
At the end of this course the student will:
- know group dynamics and use principles in solving problems in a team in the development of teamwork,
- know simple approaches to crisis management in a team, be able to respond to communication irregularities
- be able to put together a research team according to the principles and laws of personnel management,
- be able to uncover hidden social roles that slow down teamwork,
- will be able to contribute to the revitalization of teams using available resources.

Graduates of the course will know group dynamics, its rules and principles will be able to apply in practice, will know the principles of problem solving in a team in the development of teamwork, will know simple approaches to crisis management in a team, will be able to assemble a research team according to principles and laws personnel management, will be able to reveal the hidden social roles that slow down the work of the team, and will be able to contribute to the revitalization of teams using available resources.
