The effort to establish a harmonious balance of personality in the sense of bio-psycho-socio-spiritual balance of personality is the part of the human health care. The modern lifestyle does not make it possible to implement health care in the sense of sufficient time for health, especially in the area of frustration tolerance. Stress is a daily phenomennon and part of life and can have a negative impact on health and quality of life. Based on the analysis of a human's personality and his attitudes, it is possible to compile a program of coping strategies for a better quality of life and for relieving stress. A number of activities that can have a positive effect on a person's performance, on communication and on personality development contribute to a quality life.
