Stress management and quality of life

The effort to establish a harmonious balance of personality in the sense of bio-psycho-socio-spiritual balance of personality is the part of the human health care. The modern lifestyle does not make it possible to implement health care in the sense of sufficient time for health, especially in the area of frustration tolerance. Stress is a daily phenomennon and part of life and can have a negative impact on health and quality of life. Based on the analysis of a human's personality and his attitudes, it is possible to compile a program of coping strategies for a better quality of life and for relieving stress. A number of activities that can have a positive effect on a person's performance, on communication and on personality development contribute to a quality life.

Entry knowledge

The aim of the course is based on the analysis of a humann's personality and attitudes, it is possible to compile a program of coping strategies for a better quality of life and for coping with stress.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

Attendance will be conducted in person during online teaching. Credit (credits) based on active participation in distance learning, ie involvement in cooperation within the lesson and exercises with the teacher. Filling in the questionnaire at the end of the semester.

Aims

Students will learn to work with stress and take care of their mental hygiene. As part of solving critical situations, they will learn to manage stressors and increase the level of frustration tolerance using regulatory techniques. They will learn to implement methods for stress relief and methods of quality of life.
