Snowboarding - conditioning training workout

The fitness training takes place on the premises of the athletic stadium in SA PPV and is focused primarily on general fitness.
Aerobic and anaerobic endurance are developed mainly through games (ball and non-traditional) and running exercises. Circuit training uses the available sports equipment (benches, medicine balls, big balls, skipping ropes) and training with your own body (several variants). Also included are various non-traditional games that develop coordination, reaction, speed, dexterity, endurance and strength.
In case of bad weather, it is replaced with training at Fitcentrum Machina in the TRX classroom (Total-Body Resistance Exercise).

Entry knowledge

Lectures take place in the athletic stadium on the field for ball games, the possibility of using a running oval. Outdoor clothing and running shoes in good weather. If there will be training in Fitcentrum Machina - TRX (in adverse weather conditions - determined by the lecturer by email the evening before class), it is necessary to wear clothes and clean shoes for the gym and a towel).

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

Credit- based on active participation in lessons, regular attendance together with registration in the attendance list (two unexcused participations are allowed). One credit is granted in accordance with the Directive No. 17/2019 concerning the teaching of Physical Education.

Credits - controlled attendance, registration of attendance in the attendance sheets. Active participation in the lessons. Two unexcused absences are allowed.

Aims

Year-round fitness training. In the form of various outdoor sports activities, the goal is to build and maintain a stable fitness level throughout the year. Also suitable for athletes from other sports. Training is not focused on performance, but rather in a natural and playful way we try to create a solid basis for any sports activity. It is possible to try different activities from other sports. Thanks to the hidden elements of teambuilding and a great group of students, there is no need to worry if you do not master something perfectly. The main aim is to enjoy the movement itself.
