Prerequisites

Personal equipment that boulderers need are special shoes "climbing shoes" (either your own, or in limited quantities they can be hired for a fee/one use. It is necessary to use only solid or liquid magnesium (gel, beads). It is advisable to take your own towel as you do for the fitness gym.

Aims

Compensation for unilateral sedentary job, readiness in strength, strength endurance and technique of climbing. Bouldering provides training of climbing technique, strength, endurance and mental control that can be applied to the actual climbing on the climbing wall or in the terrain.
