Prerequisites

Knowledge from secondary school from subjects "Basic of social sciences" or "Civic education". Knowledge from subject “Psychology” from 1st year in Faculty of Civil Engineering VUT in Brno. Knowledge of fundamental principles and regularities of firm leadership and management from subject “Management theory” from 5th year in Faculty of Civil Engineering VUT in Brno.

Social psychology, society, groups, work team.
Structure of organization, direction and control.
Theory of a personality, structure, subsystems.
Development a forming of personality in work activity.
Psychological aspects of work environment.
Psychological analysis of work activity.
Psychology of direction, manager´s functions, rating of workers.
Motivation and bonus, hierarchy of demands, education and self-education.
Stress, conflicts and their solution. Asertivity, prevention.
Role of communication in direction, prezentation, advertising.
Styles of direciton, image of manager, methods in influence of others.
Firm culture and public relations. Public relations.
Generalization of market, crisis of modernity, perspectives of direction.
