Management Theory

This subject is concentrated to key practices and skills that manager needs to know to be able to lead people in the company and to manage the whole civil engineering firm (or its part).
This course offers to students basic principles to be applied for both strategy issues and daily problems, resulting in quality, productivity, profit ability and "win - win" relationships. Those principles gives them the security to adapt, to change and power to take advantage of the opportunites, that constant change creates and to solve their personal and professional problems in their management practice.
