Learning outcomes of the course unit

The aim of the course is to broaden students' knowledge about news in machines and machine components for the production of building materiálů.Students´ further acquainted with the remote control of machines and automation equipment and robotics.
Obtain an overview of the machine equipment for recycling various kinds of construction materials.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of building material technology. Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering and machinery. Information, control and measurement technology.

Special production of building materials.Special production technology.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

The course is taught through lectures, practical classes and self-study assignments. Attendance at lectures is optional, but attendance at classes is compulsory.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

For the evaluation of the student is required attendance at seminars, solving drawn assigned tasks, submission and presentation of the essay. Successful completion of a credit test.

Aims

·The objective of the subject is to expand the knowledge of the students by additional machine complexes and components so that they get the knowledge of entire, even special equipment of the production of building materials /BM/.The students are acquainted with information systems in BM production management. Laser and ultrasonic navigation and control systems. Robotics and automation technology. Robotics application in the preparation and forming of the components reinforcement. State-of the art technology at recycling of building materials. Diamond technology. Technology for forming of surfaces. Atmospheric protection, anti-corrosion protection
