Learning outcomes of the course unit

A student gains virtue to analyse and solve correctly specialised problems of concrete structures of building or civil engineering works and bridges concerning to the bachelor thesis.
A student gains virtue to analyse and solve correctly specialised problems of masonry structures of building works concerning to the bachelor thesis.
A student gains virtue to present his design and to defend it.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations. Education runs in a form of seminars. The main subject matters are elaborated on individually defined seminar works.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

To gain the credit, the students should elaborate individually defined seminary works. The students are obliged to consult the works continuously in the given terms and to defend to the fixed date. The presences in the seminar are checked.

From the previous lessons gained knowledge to apply in designing concrete, masonry and engineering constructions.
Correctly analyse and solute specialised problems concerning to the bachelor thesis.
