Original Abstract

Mobile platforms are usually equipped by sensors for obstacle avoiding or building maps of area. The article describes structure of 3D CCD laser proximity scanner meant for purpose of mobile robotics. This sensor has been proposed for autonomous or telepresence control of mobile robot. Sensor is equipped by DSP for basic operations as unsuitable data filtration and approximation of measured values
