Original Abstract

Confocal microscopy and advanced microscopy techniques are used for nanoparticles analysis. The nanoparticles accumulation and migration into the intracellular organels were researched. Two fluorescence dyes were used to visualise nanoparticles and organels. The colocalization was used to separate nanoparticles from organels in 2D images and 3D stacks.
