In our study Swept Source OCT images were used to bone tissue surface reconstruction and analysis. Image processing was used to find object bor-ders with the air in each OCT slide. The tissue surface was reconstructed using Marching Cubes algorithm. Following surface analysis was made from extracted image borders. Least squares method between located border and polynomials up to 50th order was tested.
