Originální abstrakt

The aim of this work was to optimize PHA production in selected bacterial strains. Various strategies were employed and the application of exogenous stress factor revealed as the most promisisng one. Further, process of environmental-friendly isolation of PHA from bacterial cells was developed using combination of proteolytic enzyme and detergent. Finally, produced materials were used for preparation of microsphers serving as a delivery systmems for various biologically active substances.
