Influence of water vapour on temperature and velocity field of the plasma flow generated by arc heater is studied using high temperature thermocouple inserted into jet. The measurements have been carried out on the output of the arc heater with water-stabilized torch. Gaussian distribution of velocity and temperature is supposed.
