The paper is focused on relationship between market orientation and corporate culture. The first part of the paper involves theoretical approaches of market orientation and corporate culture. Market orientation is very important and topical, because of its influence on business performance. Adaptation of market orientation is not easy for some specific barriers which impede of application market orientation. Corporate culture can introduce one of barriers of market orientation implementation. The objective of the paper is to introduce results of Research on implementation on market orientation in Hi-Tech Firms in the Czech Republic (GA 402/07/1493).
