Originální abstrakt
This contribution presents diaphragm discharge created using high frequency voltage. Diaphragm discharge is created in a small hole in a thin diaphragm separating two high voltage electrodes. Discharge generates hydrogen peroxide in electrolyte. Effectiveness of this generation significantly depends on solution conductivity, energy dissipated into the discharge and also on the frequency. The DC voltage of 1.5 kV and HF voltage of 15 kV were applied in this study. The frequency of 1 and 2 kHz were used. The hydrogen peroxide generation was studied in NaCl solutions of conductivities 300-800 mikroS/cm. During the DC discharge, solution temperature significantly increased due to the direct Joule heating as well as due to the discharge. Also this parameter was depended on the solution conductivity and frequency.
