This contribution presents the system analysis of risks in production equipment – machines, robots and manipulators. This analysis in an essential step in the assessment of potential risks of the analyzed equipment as it enables easier achievement of such a result that is in accordance with all the respective directives and norms of the EU. The presented system analysis of risk assessment is based on the Quality, Safety and Organizational Function Deployment (QSOFD) method and is an integral part of the set of methods Meta-Quality Deployment (MQD), which deals with preventive quality assurance in newly developed machinery.
