Originální abstrakt

There were significant changes in the market of the mixer trucks in the last three years. The customers changed the preferences of truck size. The manufacturers of gearboxes and their components had to react to this situation. The result was a change in the concept of gearboxes towards the lower and middle volumes of mixer trucks. This article presents the development of a customized rolling bearing by ZKL Group in collaboration with Brno University of Technology and a leading European manufacturer of gearboxes for concrete mixer trucks. An algorithm for geometry design of main bearing, the most heavily loaded bearing in gearbox, was developed. Then it was proposed the bearing design solution for new designed gearbox. Finally, the proposed three designs of bearing geometry were verified by the finite element method and selected an optimal solution.

Český abstrakt

Za poslední tři roky došlo k výrazným změnám na trhu s domíchávači. Zákazníci změnili preference ve velikosti domíchávačů. Výrobci převodovek a jejich komponent museli na tuto situaci reagovat. Výsledkem byla změna v konstrukci převodovek směrem k nižším a středním objemům domíchávačů. Tento článek představuje vývoj speciálního valivého ložiska společností ZKL Group ve spolupráci s VUT v Brně a předním evropským výrobcem převodovek pro domíchávač betonu. Byl vyvinut algoritmus pro návrh geometrie hlavního ložiska, nejvíce zatěžovaného ložiska v převodovce. Následně byla navrženo konstrukční řešení ložiska pro nově navrženou převodovku. Tři varianty konstrukčního návrhu byly ověřeny pomocí metody konečných prvků a zvoleno optimální řešení.
