This work was aimed at simultaneous biotechnological production of both above mentioned water-soluble polymers. In mineral medium glucose was used like a carbon source. To production of pullulan and PMLA inexpensive waste substrates like cheese whey, technical glycerol, wheat bran, corn bran, oat bran or apple fiber were used too.

Tato práce se zabývá biotechnologickou produkcí dvou ve vodě rozpustných polymerů. K produkci pululanu a kyseliny jablečné byly využity odpadní substráty jako je syrovátka, otruby, technický glycerol a jablečná vláknina
