Originální abstrakt

This contribution deals with a method of adaptive filtration of images with a significant amount of adaptive noise caused by application of adaptive multiscale histogram equalization, e.g. with the Adaptive Contrast Control method { ACC. The proposed numerical method is applied to identification and further analysis of microscopic fibers in images of filter samples from a model of human airways. The method is compatible with the methodology of the World Health Organization.
