Originální abstrakt
The paper deals with reduction of broadband noise in audio signal with minimum distortion. The results of different methods from the essential to the more complex algorithms based on time-frequency mapping are described. Methods are not compared on the base of the increase in signal to noise ratio only, but on the base of amount of distortion of processed signal also. The new non-parametric method based on time-frequency mapping with QMF and MDCT is presented.
