MOBILITY OUTSIDE THE EU UNDER ERASMUS+

Under the Erasmus+ program, a limited number of mobilities can be carried out worldwide. The goal of international mobility is to provide students with additional international experience and enhance their skills on a global scale.

TYPES OF MOBILITIES

  • Study stays (90–360 days)*
  • Short-term study stays (only for regions 13 and 14)
*In all cases, a physical stay (while maintaining the minimum length of stay) can be combined with virtual mobility.

CONDITIONS FOR MOBILITY

  • The host institution can be any public or private organization from a partner country operating in the labor market or in the field of education, training, youth, research, and innovation (companies, enterprises, non-profit organizations, public and research institutions).
  • If the mobility is to a university or another higher education institution, an inter-institutional agreement must be signed before the mobility begins.
  • The student must be properly enrolled in studies for the entire duration of the mobility and must not interrupt or terminate their studies.

DOCUMENTATION

The same documents apply to international mobility as for "classic" Erasmus+ mobility. All documents, including instructions for completion, can be found in the Study Stays – Erasmus+ section.
