GLOBAL INTERN PROGRAM

For those of you who would like to experience the unique research environment and opportunities available at the GIST, the Global Intern Program (GIP) offers a wonderful opportunity to experience research at GIST by having you join a research lab for eight-weeks during the summer to receive valuable training and mentoring from the lab's professor.

• Country: Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology, South Korea
• Courses: 8-week Laboratory Internship
• Scholarship: program covers one ticket, accommodation, Korean course, cultural lessons and etc.

MOST GASE TAIWAN Global Talent Internship Program

• Gase is a joint initiative by MOST and National Taiwan University (NTNU). Gase aims to build active collaboration with key international partners across the world.

  • Applicants: M.Sc., Ph.D. students
  • Dates: 28 June – 25 August 2021
  • Courses: Green Technology (Sustainability) & Biotechnology (Smart Healthcare). (This eight-week program includes lab/cooperate internships, featured speeches, corporative visits and language/culture experience aiming for innovative solutions to global changes.)
  • Fees: students have to pay travel costs, meals, visa, accommodation
