Elaboration of a structural design according to an architectural study made in the II. or III . year. Architectural and building part: design of the building as a whole , i.e. architectural design, choice of structure and material, solution of structural details, empirical calculation of the supporting structure, general specification. Specialisation - structural physics, technical installations in buildings - concept of drainage, water supply, central heating.
Learning outcomes of the course unit
Ability to work out building design documentation on the level required for building permit procedure.
Basic knowledge gained during the first three years of the bachelor degree study of building construction, building technology, building physics and power supply of buildings.

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.

Submission of the assigned work in due time and in required quality.
Language of instruction
Proposal constructional system - drawing composition or form ceiling with resolution installation transmissions and statement elements.
Ground plan two story - I. overhead, underground or typical - according to instruction teaching. Part of ground plan will all fable inclusive statement and mapping building adjustments. Construction will advised from tepelně- technical standpoint.
Situation with many - storied recess object to the terrain, with resolution cross - country adjustments and with road junction to current engineering nets.
Estimate countries. Drawing countries and excavations projected building.
Ground plan roof and two typical chicken.
Transverse and longitudal section with description composition roof and independent statement floors.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences
Successful defence of the assigned work in the 9th week of the semester, active attendance of tutorials, control of the work's progress at least in the 10th week of the semester.
