Course detail

Fundamentals of CAD/CAM Systems

FSI-EZCAcad. year: 2007/2008

At present, the CAD/CAM products are commonly used in productions systems. The course familiarises students with the theory of CAD/CAM as a part of CIM and provides information about available CAD/CAM software products.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Course-unit credit is conditional on the following: - participation in practicals
- presentation of prepared documents with respect to the selected workpiece
– successful completion of the final test
– graded course-unit credits awarding.
