Preparation of BUT representation, suitable for all exercisers (regardless of style) with technical grade 7. Kyu and higher. Trainings focused mainly on KUMITE (sport fight) according to the rules of W.F.K.

Suitable custom protectors of teeth, hands and feet for karate.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

Credit on the basis of active participation at lessons, ie regular attendance with records in the attendance list; 2 unexcused participations are allowed).
Regular active participation in teaching - attendance records in the attendance list. 2 unexcused absences allowed. Compensation for missed classes after agreement with the teacher in other karate classes. Another possibility of compensation in block teaching, at CESA courses and sports events (Sports Day, Christmas Games ...).
Direction to obtain performance levels - strapping.

Aims

The aim of teaching is to prepare students as effectively as possible to participate mainly in academic competitions, both at KUMITE and KATA.
Implementation in the chosen sport, creating a positive relationship to physical activities, placement in academic competitions.
