Dodgeball

CESA-TV-DBAcad. year: 2023/2024

Dogeball is an unconventional modern very fast style of discharging, where two five-member teams play against each other and with the help of three balls they try to knock out their opponents. It is played on a playing field the size of a volleyball court and with completely different rules from the classic volleyball court. In the international world, six-ball and 6-to-6 tournaments are played.
More balls usually increase the action in the game, but there can also be the opposite phenomenon, where they block more than they discharge. It is always emphasized that the game takes place in the spirit of fair play.
In the dodgeball, tournaments are played at the international and European level (MČR, ME, etc.).

Teaching will take place as a preparation of individual game activities and as a game preparation for increasing fitness and mastering the rules within the EDBF (European DodgeBall Federation).
Sport is suitable for all those interested, regardless of performance.
