Transport Organisation I

The subject provides theoretical and practical knowledge of all types of passenger and freight transport (road, rail, water, air), as well as knowledge of infrastructures, legal regulations necessary for transport and technical bases.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

Elaboration of semestral work and its defence is a condition for achieving graded credit.
Attendance in seminars will be checked.

Aims

The aim of the subject is to gain knowledge about the different types of transport in order to pursue a career in the transport branch, e.g. in the public administration or in transport and forwarding companies at higher management level or in transport research.
Gaining knowledge of all types of passenger and freight transport, infrastructures and technical bases. Ability to interpret transport-related legal regulations.
