The subject is dealing with detailed analysis of the entire problems related to urban roads, in particular prioritised communication network and designed features of urban roads. Special attention is paid to analysing project documentation of individual categories of urban roads. Certain part is devoted to problems related to public transport system, road maintenance and administrative system. There is to be elaborated one-term project covering both network creating concept and the design activities themselves applied to urban environment. There is a scheduled visit of city offices dealing with urban roads, i.e. office of the Head Architect and Brnenske komunikace. Attention is paid to road safety elements.

1. Transport network planning.
2. Design elements of urban roads - detailed analysis of ČSN 736110 standard.
3. Urban road categories according to EU standards and comparison to ČSN 736110 standard.
4. Parking - basic characteristics, design elements.
5. Public transport - concept, operation.
6. Integrated transport system.
7. Parking houses.
8. Water drainage.

Detailed analysis of the entire problems related to urban roads, public transport, urban roads maintenance, urban transport network planning.
