·To teach the student to understand complexity of construction project in the time of preparation, public hearing, realization itself, an passing over and utilization of buildings. After passing the course the student knows rights and obligations of individual parties in the construction, has an overview of basic rules relating to the construction process and its public hearing, has a basic overview of time and financial planning of constructions and safety risks at execution of works.
