Operating Regulations of Water Structures

operating regulations, principles of their elaboration, technical description of a water structure, water-resources balance, minimum compensation water discharge
Reservoir water management - evaluation of flooded area, pondage, discharge series and their modeling, division of reservoir storages, inflow - take-off balance, degree of meeting the demands for water, regulations for dry seasons, hydraulic calculations, a channel capacity
Manipulating principles and rules for the reservoir storage with respect to water quality improvement, dispatching diagrams, functional tests
Flood discharges, flood transformation, manipulation plan for the floods, flood plan, operative manipulation regime, warning service
winter regime of the water structures, procedure during breakdowns and
reconstruction, endangerment of water structure safety, measurement required for the operation and manipulation control, weirs operating regulations, water power plants
