Basic standard of the labour law. Labour contract and origin of the labour relation and its termination. Other forms of the work performance. Working time and vacation. Wages and compensations. Work safety and health protection. Care for employees. Compensation of damages – responsibilities of employer and employee. Working disputes. Unemployment provisions.

10. General and special liability for loss.
11. Security and protection of health in work.
12. Labour unions and collective agreement.
13. Labour relatios law abidance control. Material security in unemployment.

Aims

Subject will enable to obtain basic knowledge of industrial law, its institutes including right regulations. Will also acquaint with rules of check and principles of security in unemployment.
