2. Tools of monetary and capital market.
3. Bank system, central bank and monetary policy.
4. Commercial bank - passive operations.
5. Commercial bank - active and neutral operation.
6. Banks and money – market.
7. Primary and secondary capital market.
8. Investments in stocks of capital market.
9. Analysis of stocks and obligations.
10. Position and function of Stock exchange.
11. Trading with stock (non-stock exchange inclusive).
12. trading with financial derivates.
13. Investment companies and funds. International financial markets

Aims

This subject enlarges general economical pieces of knowledge with rules and mechanisms on which is based financial market, i.e. money market and capital market. Obtained knowledge will be usable in practical use, especially at officiating of risks connected with stocks investment.
