Objective of the course:
a) Provide students with knowledge and knowledge of Czech intellectual property law in the context of the international and community legal framework, including methods for their protection.
b) Characterize legal characteristics and conceptual features of protected objects; Understanding the legal aspects of handling protected objects.

Aims
Objective of the course: To provide students with knowledge and knowledge of Czech intellectual property law in the context of the international and community legal framework, including methods for their protection.
b) Characterize legal characteristics and conceptual features of protected objects; Understanding the legal aspects of handling protected objects.
c) Understanding the principles and methods of technology transfer
Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences
Participation in lectures, which are led by discussions on the issue, is checked.
