Specialized project

FAST-0W8Acad. year: 2019/2020

In the subject Specialized project the student creating a building-technological project will apply the knowledge acquired from the subjects directed to the technology and realization of buildings. The resulting product is a complete project planning design of ordered construction work applying the knowledge of new technologies and materials.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of designing and planning of building constructions, transport constructions, and utility services. Knowledge of execution of construction processes, of requirements for their readiness before execution, principles of technology procedures of individual construction processes, their sequence and links, requirements for their quality.
Modelling of technological and time structure of production process of construction, production space and sources needed for realization, with computer technology application. Planning, optimisation and management of building production.

Course curriculum

Necessary requirements for technology preparation of constructions
Production preparation of construction, methodology of processing individual documents of construction technology design
Drawing of total site facilities (draft version)
Crane construction plan (crane runway, swept area) with given building
Construction design for given units of site facilities, time schedule for building up and removal of site facilities
Technology standard of the given building, time-space diagram in division according to technological phases
Inspection and test plan of construction
Assessment of suitability of planned mechanisms for vertical and horizontal transportation
Drawing of site facilities for carcass construction
Economic evaluation of the site facilities design
Processing of selected technological plan
Summary technical report to given parts of construction-technology design

Aims

·Acquiring knowledge and practical skills for elaboration of construction technology design needed for efficient construction realization.
·Acquiring knowledge for site facilities design elaboration, elaboration of detailed time schedule of the construction, balance of sources, technology formulas, technical report of the construction technology design – this all for particular construction with application of suitable computer
