The student is supposed to know: engineering geology, soil mechanics, rock mechanics, foundation engineering, underground structures, geodesy, building materials and concrete technology, structural mechanics, elasticity and plasticity, basic principles of railway structures, ground structures, water structures, the design of steel and concrete elements and structures

Aims

Student will be trained in special problems of diploma thesis – building and working states, identification of affecting interaction factors, in conception of solving and various alternatives. Next following up of definitive state, design and checking.
