Project – Building Constructions

The usage of previous subjects knowledge of building constructions, the architectural and technical design attainments of assigned buildings are supposed in the level of the general technical documentation. The coordinatron of the structural design with individual professions as technical services (heating, ventilation, sanitary systems, water and electricity supply), specification of technological processes, economic appraisal and design of ground works, formation of ground levels and consideration of roads and communications round the design building.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

Term paper focuses on the validation of the knowledge of the preceding courses so that students are able to build the project of construction of the technical documentation house for zoning and building permits.

Prerequisites

Methodical and systematic access by conceptual and project work connected by design of building object, knowledge of different plotting and construction norms, legislative foundation for overall design of building object, ability co-ordination of single professions.

Co-requisites

Requires knowledge of the constructions of buildings (building construction subject I Aii); knowledge of species and soil properties (subject-Soil Mechanics and Foundation); static effect of construction on subsoil (subject-Soil Mechanics and Foundation); static behavior of individual parts of structures (subject-statics, concrete structures, steel structures, ..) thermo-technical and acoustic properties of building materials.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

The Teaching of the subject consists in leadership a student to self work in consultation with teacher and to the defense of proposed solutions according to the instructions of the teacher.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Requirements for obtaining credit is classified semsestrální develop work-processing building of the technical documentation house for zoning and building permits. Rating depends on the scale ECTS.

Aims

The target of subject is to inform students about drawing in building constructions and variant material solution by simply building construction (family house) to use their knowledges in traversed building constructions, static building constructions, thermal-technics and acoustic characteristics and typology of buildings.
The target is to complete this simply building to present it for building licence.
