Road Building Machines
FSI-NSKAcad. year: 2018/2019
The course is to acquaint students with the technology of road construction and machinery used in their construction as a machine for plating, compaction mechanisms, machines for construction of concrete and asphalt roads and their construction design.
Learning outcomes of the course unit
Students will be able to choose the concept of meeting the technological and technical equipment requirements, specify the main components and machine projection addressed. It is able to propose optimal technological assembly machinery to build roads on the basis of their technical parameters and options.
Students are required to have basic knowledge of physics, machine parts and their mechanism, physics of materials and the course Earth Working Machinery.
