Interpretation of Architecture I

Interpretation of architecture as a broad interdisciplinary subject will be seen through different media such as texts, films and contemporary art. The aim is not only to open discussion about the role of the architect in contemporary society and a reflection of architecture in an interdisciplinary discourse, but also developing the ability of verbal, written or audiovisual formulations and concepts.

Aims

Mastering basic notions of interpretive methods and interdisciplinary overlap of the issue, the basic literature and other sources. Practical experience with interpretive method through the development of the project concept.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Submission of project concept, active student participation; missed lessons will be compensated in another time after previous arrangement.
