Technology of constructions III

Course contents:
- Concrete technology, concrete constructions rehabilitation, constructions damp-proofing, making of construction isolations, cast and self-leveling floors, and making of enclosing shells and roof cladding.
- The objective of this course is to teach the students the newest technologies used in construction building.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

The students will master the objective of the Technology of Constructions course III, i.e. they acquire knowledge of new technology procedures of realization of selected building processes.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of construction technology processes taught in the Technology I and Technology II courses.

Lectures syllabus:
1. Concrete – basic building material
2. Technology of reinforced concrete monolithic constructions
3. Reinforced concrete construction defects and methods for their elimination
4. Sprayed concrete
5. Building isolation
6. Damp-proofing of old constructions
7. Cast and self-leveling floors
8. Roof cladding and enclosing shells
