General questions – juridical definition of issue, classification, components and accessories of issue, definition of real estate, construction, lot.
Law of property – limitation, content, right of owner, restriction of owner, co-ownership. Other tenures, possession. Right of use with real estates. Obligation relationships – general questions, origin, change, cessation. Legal succession.
