Learning outcomes of the course unit

Students will get knowledge of the methodology for designing models of integrated information and communication technologies, modeling of structures integrating environmental information and communication systems and their perspectives in the information society.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of informatics, operating and database systems, office and internet applications at level of the bachelor's study of informatics. Knowledge of business economics, management, marketing, sales and finance at level of the bachelor's study of economics.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

The course contains lectures that explain basic principles, problems and methodology of the discipline.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

There is conducted the control of phasing PC processing task (essay) and the presentation of the results at the seminars.
Active student work is continually assessed a maximum of 40 points. To obtain the credit it is necessary to get 21 points out of 40.
The exam is written and the student may receive a maximum of 60 points. To pass the exam, you must acquire 31 points.
The scale for the final classification (student can get from exercise 40 points and maximum 60 points from the exam, total 100 points):
A: 90 - 100 b.
B: 80 - 89 b.
C: 70 - 79 b.
D: 60 - 69 b.
E: 50 - 59 b.
F: less than 50 b.

Aims

The subject is focused on the critical issue of summary ICT and information systems and on exploring the interrelationship in the design, planning, implementation and operation of information systems. The purpose is to introduce to students the main areas and directions in the implementation of system integration and to familiarize them with their principles. The course is designed to combine the base system knowledge of communication.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Účast na přednáškách je nepovinná, s výjimkou přednášek zvaných externích odborníků. Na tyto přednášky je účast povinná a kontrolovaná. Docházka na cvičení není povinná. Omluvená absence na přednáškách i cvičeních nemůže být nahrazena konzultacemi s vyučujícím
