FCH-BCT_ZFAcad. year: 2016/2017

The content of this course are basic topics from physiology and anatomy of individual systems in human organism. Following topics will be discussed: Composition of human body, cell theory. Composition of biomembranes, membrane transport. The huan body, basic types of tissues. Skeleton, structure and function. Trophic tissue - blood. Blood components - erythrocytes, leukocythes, thrombocytes; blood groups and Rh factor. Blood coagulation. Homeostasis, water content regulation, thermoregulation. Immunity system, non-specific immunity, specific immunity - antibodies. Development of white blood cells. Heart activity, circulation. Lymphatic system. Physiology of muscle cell, mechanism of muscle contraction, regulation. Physiology of ventilation, acidobasic status. Digestive system - production of digestive enzymes, regulation. Metabolism of basic nutrition components. Physiology of liver and pancreas. Metaboism of basic nutrients - proteins, saccharides, lipids. Excretion system - kidneys, regulation of homeostatis, water management. Reproduction system, spermiogenesis, oogenesis. Central regulatory systems of human organism. Central and peripheral nervous system, cerebrus - components; cerebral activity. Endocrinne system, regulation of hormone secretion, mechanisms of hormone activity. Sense systems.
