Aims

Review of chemical plants in the Czech and Slovak Republics, corrosion , construction materials, protecting of materials, catalysts etc, for chemical technologies. Manufacture of basic inorganic and organic substances, selected chemical specialties (fertilizers, plastics, rubbers, dies, pigments , disinfectants, explosives etc. and various biotechnological products, spirit, sugar, citric and lactic acids , beer etc). The aim of this course is preparation of students for the work in the chemical industry and so either for manufacture or later for research.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Written work from the chemical products, which are presented in the praxis during the last period, such as: Biodegradable plastics, energy materials, nanomaterials, optical fibres a.s.o. All with using of internet and mainly with program "sciencedirect.com". This work is as the "credit" from this course. Students od combined study present written work of the technology from his plant.
