The course is divided into lectures focusing on the psychological, social, and artistic aspects of artworks created in a team and into seminars in which students will learn about the variety of cooperative techniques important for the creation of group projects.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

Students will learn about the variety of artistic creative processes, especially about the possibilities of a team approach to the creation of an artwork. Students will be introduced to various approaches to the processes and forms of cooperation.

Course curriculum

1. General psychology
- the perception of an artwork
- imagination and creative thinking
- motivation, attention, emotions, hierarchy of needs
2. Psychology of a personality
- character and temperament identifcation, typology and personality dynamics
- processes affecting the quality of individuation and socialization
- personality features, their impact on the motivation and creation of personal value systems
3. Social psychology
- social groups and their dynamics
- circles, communities, the public, mobs, audiences
- the establishment, delimitation, and classification of norms, methods of control; toleration, sanctions
- social positions, roles, status, hierarchy, prestige
- communication
- information (form, content, intention and effect, the importance of feedback)
- practicis of various communicative strategies, assertivity

Students will learn about aspects of teamwork art processes.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

50% attendance.
