Ecological information systems

The characterization and feature of ecological information, statistical processing of data from monitoring. The propreties and architecture of information systems. The database system, query languages of date structures, the architecture of database systems, distributed databases. The properties and architecture of geographic information systems, manipulation with data and its analysis. Interpretation of ecological data.
Learning outcomes of the course unit
The acquaintance with special properties of ecological information systems, with architecture of database systems and feature of geographic information system.
The subject knowledge on the Bachelor´s degree level is requested.
