Supercharging of Combustion Engines

Basic parameters of supercharging. Compressors and turbines used for supercharger. Supercharging by turbo compressors. Special ways of supercharging. Cooling of the filling air. Impact of supercharging upon the emissions of pollutants. Supercharging of spark ignition and compression ignition engines for vehicles and their regulation. The design of turbo compressors and current supercharging techniques. Classical and ceramic materials for compressor and turbine moving wheels.
