Acquiring of knowledge and skills in methods of systems proposal and quality management evaluation, environment and security in production and in whole organizations. Achieving an overview of actual technical and legislative demands in industrial branches of building materials.

Prerequisites

Procedural knowledge of technological operation including chemical and physical processes and the function of machinery: binders, ceramics, concrete, elements and lightweight building materials

Co-requisites

Knowledge of environmental protection and health and safety at work.Technology of production of building materials and components

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Information is presented to students in the form of lectures.

Exercises include computational part. and part focused on practical laboratory experiments performed by students
Students work in seminars on assigned tasks in teams and then presents the results in the form of protocols.
Students are required to calculate specified exercises individually, the correctness of which is verified by superviso

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Seminar - the final test - to obtain the credit necessary to obtain 50% of the total points
Examination - control test - to pass the exam is necessary to obtain 50% of the total points
