Learning outcomes of the course unit

Student obtains extended knowledge about problems of geodesy in civil engineering, about legal frame of civil engineering geodesy, about precise measuring methods, about deformation surveying, about GNSS measuring technology.

Prerequisites

Fundamental knowledge of geodesy.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

The course is taught through lectures, practical classes and self-study assignments. Attendance at lectures is optional, but attendance at classes is compulsory.

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Attendance in accordance with Rules for Studies. Submission and acceptance of single task protocols is mandatory. Passing the check test. Passing the written examination.

12. Underground surveys. Photogrammetric applications.
13. Contemporary geodetic instrumentation. GPS technique.
